Working with your personal Mental Fitness Coach, Caroline Wagner, the Positive Intelligence Program is designed to help executives and leaders improve their mental fitness. Aimed to assist you in adapting to changes and challenges within the workplace, and your personal life, the program is supported by a unique online platform and delivered through a mix of online content, videos, and personal coaching support.

Developed from the results of Factor Analysis Research, it was determined only three core muscles are at the root of a person’s mental fitness.
