Youth Worker
Job description
Talent Quarter are looking for Youth Workers to provide care to young people in support homes in the South West.
You will care for children (up to the age of 18), some of whom may exhibit challenging behaviours.
Care is provided in a ‘live in’ setting, which means shifts are likely to be 24+ hours (including sleep).
Requirements
- Minimum Cert III in human services
- NPC
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children’s Check
- A current drivers license
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- Eligible to obtain 395 check
On offer
- Casual role paying $40.04 – $65.52 per hour
- Shifts often 24+ hours including sleeps
- Work available in Bunbury, Halls Head, Mandurah & Canning Vale
